Dividing the properties of the late Karbalayi Zayn al-ʻAbidin from Kumachal of Lahijan, including his land, farms, and buildings, among his inheritors, as follows: ʻAli Jinab receives two-elevenths of farm land in Kumachal, Shaykh Muhammad Mahdi and his sisters, Halimah and Sarah, receive four-elevenths of their father's land, Mulla Mahmud and his sister, Hajarah Khanum, receive three-elevenths of their father's land, and Karbalayi Mirza Baqir receives two-elevenths of the land. Affidavit of the elders from Dumchal, Kumachal, and Kanaf Gurab villages regarding Mashhadi Mulla Baba Dumuchali, father of Haj Ramazan Dumuchali, being the only inheritor of Mulla ‘Ali Akbar, his uncle. Settlement between Talib, son of Rajab ‘Ali from Kabinah/Gabinah in Lahijan, with power of attorney from his permanent wife, Hasaniyah Khanum, daughter of ‘Ali Naqi from Kabinah/Gabinah in Lahijan, and Sakinah Sultan Khanum, known as Khanumi Khanum, daughter of Haj Abu al-Qasim, exchanging three pieces of land located in the Yusuf neighborhood of Dumuchal [Dumchal] village in Lahijan for twelve tumans and five thousand dinars.

Will of Shaykh Zayn al-ʻAbidin, 1896
The will of Shaykh Zayn al-ʻAbidin, the Prayer Imam, assigning his underage son, Shaykh Mahmud, as the executor of his will. Since Shaykh Mahmud is underage, his nephews, Shaykh Husayn and Mirza Baqir, should intervene in the affairs until he grows up. The will includes Shaykh Zayn al-ʻAbidin's debts, and the designation of one-third of his properties to pay to someone to fast and pray on his behalf and on behalf of some of his family members.
